Early when I first had GIMP, I made a wallpaper (unusually sized, however) with this same picture and then I thought that I would come back to it and make a different one out of it. 
Comments and constructive criticsm make my day. Also, if you use, do not claim as your own.

I like it, I like the font you used too, but it's a little hard to read. Maybe you could make a tad larger, not too much, just a tiny bit. Or thicker, thicker might work. Other than that though it's perfect, I especially like the fact that you chose this scene and the font/ word/ design color you used went well with it.

Lovely, very lovely! The WP has a soft atmosphere, which is very pretty.

Aslanisthebest, That's very nice!! I love the picture you used for it is very lovely! It's soft and caring; I like that! I especially like the texture in the left that is blended in with Lucy. I do agree with wolfloversk, that the text is a bit hard to read, but the wally is still very lovely. Good job!
