Dekkie, your blending on these is flawless! I am highly impressed!
Your coloring and background choices are excellent as well! The bright, fresh coloring on Edmund and Lucy's wallpaper are simply lovely, the warm tones of Peter's wallpaper is perfect for autumn, and the cold, dreary coloring on Susan's wallpaper is just right (and I love the added snow in the background)!
My only CC is that the text on each of them is just a bit close to the right edge of the wallpaper, and is almost cut off. If it was moved towards the left just a bit, it would look a bit more polished, but that is just my opinion. Also, it might be easier to read "You are winter" on Susan's wallpaper if it was a lighter color.

I simply can't choose a favorite; they are all wonderful! Excellent work! Keep it up!

A nice wp series Dekkie. All work very well together as a series, but each still speaks volumes on its own.

'Spring'- conceptually, as a season, this works very well with Edmund's character in LWW (with references to rebirth and beginning anew). This concept also reflects back nicely with your choice of text. In terms of layout, the main section of text feels a little tight within the confines of the wp, which is a bit distracting visually. Your choices of imagery work well together and the blending is flawless.

'Summer'- probably one of my favorites in this set. Coloration throughout is fantastic and I really enjoy the flow between that in the text and that of the waves in the BG image. Again, another nice pairing between season and character. To me, summer is more of a carefree and childlike season which mirrors Lucy's character in Narnia in my mind. Imagery is once again blended superbly and the expression on Lucy's face is perfect for the concept of the piece.

'Autumn'- another of my top favorites in this set. Coloration is completely breath taking. I absolutely love the warm hues in the BG image and how they flow into the lighting on Peter (I am just submerged in awe). Text also works very well conceptually here. Again a superb display of your blending talents.

'Winter'- hmm something about this piece just doesn't come off as strong as the others to me. I completely understand you reasoning and matchups in pairing the text and imagery together (and it does work, don't get me wrong). I'm just not sensing the 'winter' feel. I feel, if it were on its own as a piece and the line about winter was removed, the way your have set up your layout and matched text wth imagery, this piece would speak great volumes. I really love how, in your layout, the line about "open doors for life" matches up with the open space behind the Stone Table (visually it's stunning and coneceptually it's a complete eye opener. Nice work here). Coloration also works really well on this piece, a nice matchup between the image of Susan and the BG image.

Nice work on the entire set , a real pleasure to view .

I think I'm going to make an edited version of each of these WPs after I get some more feedback, and I'll definitely experiment with moving my text off the edge of the WP and try to make "You are winter" a bit lighter. Lion's Emblem: Wow! What a thoughtful post! Thanks so much for writing it! I'm so glad you really liked both "Summer" and "Autumn" and my blending! I also completely understand your problems with "Spring" and "Winter." With "Spring," I wasn't quite sure what to do with the text since that verse of the song doesn't have the same structure as the previous three verses, so I just decided to use the whole verse. Any suggestions for how I might improve it? As for "Winter," I definitely had a difficult time figuring out what I wanted to do with this one. There are so many great winter scenes in LWW with lots of beautiful snow, but I felt like the lyrics went better with the more "spiritual" sense of winter, if that makes any sense. Maybe if I played around with a more blueish coloring or try some black and white it would feel more wintry? Anyways, thanks again for your comments!

now I don't know the song, but I LOVE this series! all the charatcers and photos match their season perfectly, especially edmund I love the colours for all of them, and the quotes, particularly susan's (as a believer)
with your permission I'd like to save lucy's and use it, and so hot here that it'd be nice to have a matching wallpaper!
