I decided to have a little fun with pages and sketchbook express. The result: a (rough) picture of an quiet moment between Caspian and Lilliandil in Cair Paravel. I just thought I'd share it with Narniaweb.
Putting all the layers on was even more fun than paper dolls.
Susan's dress is from the Narniaweb image gallery, as is the concept art of Cair Paravel. Caspian and Lilliandil are screen caps from homeofthenutty.com, and the jewelry is from google image searches
Very interesting concept! I really like the fact that you made this in black and white, but I feel like Liliandil's head is a bit too large for her body. Did you do this, or did the image come like that?

Hmmm, I see what you mean about the head Digory. I took Susan's head out of a picture of her and put the dress on Lilliandil, and it looks like I need to make the dress a little bigger. The reason it is black and white is that I didn't want to tackle trying to adjust all the colors.
First off,
Putting all the layers on was even more fun than paper dolls.
I love your wallpaper of Caspian and his Queen. Great job with the cropping and I'm such a huge sucker when it comes to black and white pictures. love it, love it! I might want to use it for a poster on fanfiction.net in the future if and when I write a story for them.

I decided to play around with a color version of this pic. I dislike that lines around the figures are pretty visible, but I thought you all might like to see it. As you can see Lilliandil got a new head!

Feel free to do so! As long as it's a good clean story
Color! Pretty!
But I think I like the black and white version better. The difference in tone between Caspian and Liliandill is less jarring (and her new crown looks crooked to me).
On the other hand, I really like the new head; I love that she and Caspian are now looking at each other and her expression is happy and content. The lines around the characters aren't all that obvious either.
Maybe if you changed the color of the dress so that it's a plumy purple?

Funny. Creative. Hopefully they will include some lines for Caspian and the star girl in the next film.
Oh wow, Anfinwen, that's awesome!!
You did a great job! I especially like the colored version. (Susan's dress from LWW really suits Ramandu's Daughter!) I also like the background you chose for Cair Paravel, as well as Lilliandil's silver crown. The lighting does look a little bit off, but I can imagine why you'd have trouble with that... Lilliandil looked like she had a halo just about every time she appeared in screen in VDT!
All in all, really nice job; I hope you make more pictures like this!
