Oh thank you icarus!
This gets curiouser and curiouser...
Why is the Treader's prow in the picture? Perhaps the room with the kings is a loading dock?
Oh wait, it's a movieworld tour, I see. I still wonder how Lucy and Caspian get to that room and why they're there. Guess I'll have to wait.
Quod Erat Demonstrandum
I'm still "away for Christmas" so to speak, but I had to pop in and say these pictures are.... interesting. I'll be sure to get them uploaded sometime next week if none of the other newsposters get to them.
I noticed the statue heads are detached from the neck.
No, I think they are leaning forward away from the bells' noise and covering their ears to lessen the sound.
They sure look detached to me.
Well, looks like there will be a bit more going on than what is in the book on the Lone islands. I just hope they are able to keep the main idea of fooling Gumpas into thinking there are a lot more Narnians than there actually are.

There is definitely no "a" in definite.
The Mind earns by doing; the Heart earns by trying.
Has it been confirmed that this takes place at the Lone Islands? I know in the book that would be the most logical place for a bell tower, but we don't know what changes they have made to other islands. If it is on the Lone Islands, why do they have statues of kings?
I agree...although I think Nicholas Greening said that they were of the Seven Lords, which makes it even more confusing. I don't really think the Lone Islands would've known about the Lords (especially since they didn't really "talk" to Narnia much) much, or even at all, except for Lord Bern. I guess these are just more pieces to the puzzle

Could it possibly be statues on the Dawn Treader?
If this is when the crew gets captured by the slavers, I might actually like it. It would be more visually interesting then how they get captured in the book. If this has anything to do with the re-taking of the Lone Islands, I will be very upset. Talk about killing a scene.
On the bright side, I love the design! It looks much more magical and otherworldly than the last two movies.
As far as upping the capture scene - I like that idea, to some extent anyways.
As to the bizarre head-holding statues... IMHO, there had better be a really good excuse for this outlined briefly in the movie, because I find it just too weird at this point.
