I wish there would've been an option for 'hoping it's not the last Narnia film'.. Because some of us would rather have a semi good adaptation than no movie adaptation. Blasphemy I know :)

^It's not blasphemy to me. Seriously, can I revote? Plotwise- The DI subplot
unplotwise- the end *gulp*

I think it is interesting that no is worried about MLG anymore. I voted I was most worried about the soul eating green mist. Although I would have to say a close second is Undragoning of Eustace. It seems the green mist turns Eustace into a dragon and can devour people. It creepy and weird. :(

I have also heard that Eustace was turned into a dragon for stealing gold :- :-

He is turned into a dragon for stealing the dragon's gold in the movie. I'm about 99% sure of that.

I voted for the soul feeding plot - I think that's just a little silly. :p But I'm not especially unhappy about anything.
And I'm super surprised that's the biggest worry for everyone!!

My biggest worry is Eustace's un-dragoning. That is one of the most important things in the book.
My other worries are (in no particular order):
The dark island. It was ONE island, not like the Dark Thing from 'A Wrinkle in Time'! Maybe I should call it the Narnian Dark Thing. NDT.
What is this about Soul-Eating Green Mist? :-o
The Witch Who Will Not Stay Dead. Arrgh!
How Ramadu was cut out, and how his daughter is apparently all star.
Love triangles. I hate them. Why do they keep shipping the Pevensies with random people? WHY? :((
And what's the point of seven swords? The Telemarines didn't BELIEVE in Aslan, so why would he give them anything?
I always hate it when random characters are introduced, so ditto for Gael.
And Peter and Susan weren't supposed to be there.
I also dislike the Lucy-wants-to-be-another-Susan plot. It just makes her seem immature and vain.
The other thing I want to point out is this: In the book, WWII was obviously over, since their parents and Susan wouldn't have been able to sail to America if it wasn't. But in the movie its apparently still going on, which doesn't make sense, because wouldn't Peter be old enough for the draft by then?

Like Josh said the MLG might turn out to be a bit annoying, but no more than that I bet. We have worse things to worry about!
I think the undragoning will have more to it than Eustace simply falling into the water. I don't think there is enough evidence for it, so I will hold off on the worry for now.

The seven swords thing is whit worries me the most I just don't understand why they have to put it in VDT does not need a save the world sub plot finding the Seven Lord and descending new land's is plenty for a film but that just me opinion.

I voted for the Green Mist. There is nothing supernatural in the book regarding the slave trade in the Lone Islands. So that is why it bothers me most of the things on the list. :(

Liberty, your optimism is a breath of fresh air!

I, for one, am deeply concerned by the whole Dark Island/Green Mist concept. I can see why they thought they might expand it, and I can understand why they want to add some sort of all-encompassing evil that they have to save Narnia from........but it's so cheesy it makes me want to cry! :(( It just feels too...how do I put this...almost too Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings wannabe. Narnia is not Harry Potter. Narnia is not Lord of the Rings (both Lewis and Tolkien would firmly attest to that!). Narnia is Narnia!! It doesn't need some evil, light-stealing, soul-swallowing green mist! It doesn't need to be in peril! All of the other things that were a worry are no longer a worry for me, but this one is a nail-biter. I really hope they just played it up in the trailer and that it isn't a huge part of the plot like they make it out to be. I've come to terms with the other worries like the White Witch and the seven swords, since it seems like they are not as bad as I thought. But the Dark Island seems to get worse with every bit of news! Please let it not be as bad as they make it out to be!

The whole point of trying to defeat the "evil drakness and green mist" that will loom over Narnia. It just seems so cliche and pointless. To me, it's going to take away from the entire effect of the Dark Island if the whole adventure revolves around fighting the darkness in the first place.

This main plot then spreads like a virus to my other concerns for the film: the inclusion of the White Witch and the mission of finding the seven swords (the filmmakers must have dyslexia, the VDT crew is looking for seven lords, not seven swords). I can see the idea of the WW haunting Edmund while on the Dark Island, but I'm kind of tired of seeing the WW as the villian (we get it already). Plus, as other NWebbers have stated, it seems to take away from her vileness in LWW and demerits Aslan defeating her. I find both ideas pointless and neither one drives the plot forward.

I totally don't get the green mist. Is it evil itself or is it just an indicator to the audience that someone is being empted or something bad is happening... I don't know which one I would like better (or rather, dislike more.) :-s
