Oh, no, I'll be in the middle of my exams in two weeks! That's terrible! having the trailer up while I need to study!

The problem is, this will be the same in half a year. December 10, that's right in the middle of my exams! I'll have to wait for 15 days before I can see it! that's the worst news ever!

Yet it is good the trailer is coming! Just hope it isn't in front of the new twilight. That would be terrible!

adamie: Surely you take a few hours break away from studying. Like 2-3 hours break from studying all day.

I doubt very much Twilight will be the first movie the trailer will appear in front of but I bet it will once it premieres with something else. The both are franchise movies and prequels.

I'm hoping two weeks meant the week of the Karate Kid and A-Team because those two are the most likely... I can mostly see the Karate Kid because it falls right in lane with the PG family movie with action scenes just like Dawn Treader does. If two weeks means the week of Toy Story and Jonah Hex than I believe Toy Story is the most likely because I'm pretty sure everyone is going to go see that whether young or old and the Dawn Treader trailer will most likely appeal to all ages, the action with adult and teen males, the romance (caspian and rd) with adult and teen girls females haha, and the humor to children and everyone.. I feel this will be marketed a lot differently than Prince Caspian by keeping with lighter themes just like the LWW, although I wouldn't rule Jonah Hex out if they go the route of a Prince Caspian marketing style and keep things darker and more intense, still I guess we'll have to wait and see!!!!

^ Most likely none of this will matter and it will get released on Yahoo! Movies like a bunch of other trailers haha

Oh and has anyone ever thought that it might not even premiere on the big screen, but on the little screen! I've seen a bunch of movies (POTC: At World's End is a good example I think) premiere this way and than be released on the internet... It's always an option, so maybe we should also check out major TV programs that are being shown in two weeks from now (just a thought :D )

LWW
As a film - *** out of ****
As an adaptation - **** out of ****

PC
As a film - **** out of ****
As an adaptation - *** out of ****

VDT
As a film - ** out of ****
As an adaptation - (1/2) of * out of ****

No I have a feeling by the interviews of keeping VDT magical along the lines to LWW I believe it and I believed it when I saw the lighter tones of the banner. It'll most definitely go along the lines of a family movie. ;) :)

Is it just me but is trying to get the point where this trailer comes out seems to feel like running down a tunnel that suddenly gets longer as you come to the end? 2 weeks is definitely reassuring and I know I'll see it a hundred times but this waiting has never gotten better since the first movie. (I had a friend who invited me to see toy story 3 at midnight. She was really shocked when I said yes so quickly but then wasn't so shocked when I told her why.)

Lol! I know that feeling beloved, both feeling as if this trailer is taking forever to come out and your friend not seeming so shocked after you told that person your reason :D =))

I'm the same way and so is a lot of other people here. You're not alone :)

But yes this trailer really is taking a long time! :( I know two weeks isn't that far off but the intensity and anticipation of waiting is almost killing me. #:-s

I thought Revenge of the Sith came out in 2006. I may be wrong on that. My guesses are still on A-Team and Toy Story 3. ;)

No, Revenge of the Sith was a 2005 movie and the movie that the LWW trailer premiered before.

Actually I don't think looking at what movies the LWW and PC trailers premiered in front of is all that beneficial. Fox isn't Disney and probably has very different ideas about how to market their movies. Besides that, movie studios have to work with what movies are coming out around the ideal time; sometimes they have to settle for darker films, if that's all that is available.
