I picked that I will probably get tearsin my eyes, but I won't make any sound- I'll be seeing the movie with friends, and I don't like anyone to see me cry at a movie...
I try not to cry in movies cuz it's not really happening people! But sometimes, if they play the emotions just right, I'll tear up. Mostly I yell at the characters though not cry over them. Like in the original Star Wars trilogy "Return of the Jedi" I yelled at Luke the whole time he was with the Emperor and Darth Vadar. I also yelled at Peter in PC not to be such an "odious, stuck up pig"!
Guys: I really don't think this thread is for you ...... you should create your own thread where you can post your strong emotions on this subject
I saw the movie....and was disappointed
I voted that I will get tears in my eyes. But it depends on how they do it. For instance, I didn't cry at the end of Prince Caspian, although that was mostly because they put in that romance and I was happy Susan was leaving for that reason. But hopefully, they will make it really sad and although I didn't cry while reading the book, I will cry the first time while watching the movie. It will hopefully, be like when I cried in LWW when I saw Aslan die.
I cry in almost every single movie I watch so I know I'll cry in this . I literally cried all through LWW and I was sobbing during the Night Raid in PC- yeah I'm emotional
. I'm just hoping I'm only crying in this because it's sad, and not because it's a horrible movie.
If I go see it, and that's a big if at this point, I'm afraid any tears shed would be for the second reason GtG listed.
That is not a fair poll. there is no "No" answer, of all the hundreds of movies i've watched only 5 or 6 have ever made me cry and I don't think a kids movie will be my undoing . Speaking of horrible movies does Douglas Gresham have any say so in the making of these movie to keep them from ruining them?
I didn't vote either because there is no no answer.
