but the all the Narnia movies forever will have a "Disney feel" to them because the first two were made by Disney and have a magical feeling which can be compared to other "magical feeling" Disney movies.

"I'm a beast I am, and a Badger what's more. We don't change. We hold on. I say great good will come of it... And we beasts remember, even if Dwarfs forget, that Narnia was never right except when a son of Adam was King." -Trufflehunter

I chose "I will get tears in my eyes, but not make a sound," though that's only what'll happen if the end has some really good music paired with it. It's usually the music that makes me cry; like many people have said, it's not the end of Narnia, and Edmund and Lucy will come back with cameos in HHB and LB.
So I'm not sure if I'm going to cry or not, but if I do, I won't be bawling my eyes out.

I agree that in most movies the thing that makes you cry is the music (I guess that's why it's there ;)). I hope that the end of VDT will make me cry a little. Because if it does, I will know that the director has done his job well

I highly doubt it. There's only been one film I have ever seen that has made me cry. At most, for the end of VDT, I may be a bit touched emotionally, but I doubt there will be tears. There's probably more of a possibility of a crying phenomenon to occur at the end of The Last Battle. But, that would be the only Narnian crying possibility.

I really hope that I will cry. When I go to see a remotely sad movie or one with a really happy ending no asks if I'm crying anymore, they're all sure that I am. The question I have here is why will I be crying.
You have to understand that I cry when I read the end of the book, and not because it's sad, it's the happiest ending in all the world. If the ending is done properly (as it is in the book) I will need a whole box of tissues to myself. If it's not done properly I'll still need that box because I will be so upset that the very heart of what Narnia is will have been cut out and I couldn't handle it.
I voted that I will cry like a baby, no matter what. :(( :((

I almost cried when peter and susan left except I was in a crowded picture house :) it will be sad when the remaining pevensies leave however they both return in HHB & LB so yay! dont think it will be too sad having that knowledge to fall back on

I only got teary-eyed in while reading the book, but movies always make me cry more, so I think I will be crying a lot! xD Edmund and Lucy are my favourite characters too so it will be very sad still. ):

I'm pretty sure I'll cry at LEAST a little bit, but more likely like a baby, which is what I voted for. ;) I didn't really cry while reading the book but I think they'll probably play it up a lot in the movie. In a way, saying goodbye to Edmund & Lucy on the movie might be more difficult than in the book.

Very unlikely. I can name one single movie (Apollo 13) that I have ever teared up at the end and that was because it was based on a true story and the end likely happened very much like the movie. I've just never gotten very teary eyed at movies. I feel some emotions 'cause it's impossible not to, I just don't cry at movies.

I voted that I'll cry a little bit. Probably like I did in PC, right at the end, I was so happy because I loved it so much, and that it was over.
But who knows? :)

Hello!
I don't think I will cry, mostly cause I know its going to happen.
I also think that it def wont' be last of any of the pevensies in the Narnia movies.
Assuming that they will go on to make all 7 Narnia movies I think that Edmund and Lucy will make a cameo in SC. Maybe they will go to the same school as Eustace and Jill and we see them at the beginning and the end.
Also, Susan, Edmund and Lucy will be in HHB and Peter, Ed and Lucy will be LB.

Welcome to NW! :D Yes, they did definitely play it up on the movie, and I agree that I didn't feel as sad when I read the book as I did watching the movie. I'm pretty positive it will be the same way with VoDT... maybe even more so, because Ed and Lu are two of my favorite characters.

I'll probably cry out of sadness from the absence of substance from the film after spending 2.5 hours and $8.75 watching how Michael Apted methodicaly distort our beloved story.

"But there I have another name. You must learn to know me by that name. This was the very reason why you were brought to Narnia, that by knowing me here for a little, you may know me better there."
