I kind of liked the accent
"Are you sure you're eighteen?"
"Why? Do I look older?"
We're starting a Rehabilitaion Age in Narnia so you can all learn to talk normally. Um...it'll take about three years, so let's start now. Caspian, you first..."
Hahaha, yeah, that's gotta be it.
It's still a pity. I liked the accent, and I don't like it when continuity is swept under the rug!
explanation H: sort of like G, except Aslan states that all accents will be Magically made the same to bring Unity and Peace to Narnia after hundreds of years of Hatred and Strife.
As previously stated, I liked the Telmarine accent and continuity is preferred, but I'm glad that so many of us are imaginative enough to make the change work.

I still like option A. Historically, when one country triumphs in war against another, that country's language becomes the official language (when dealing with invasions that is). Since the Telmarines were defeated (and so many of them went away) it seems probable that the British accent would become the dominant (official?) accent.
But just in case you don't like A, here's Explanation I for you:
The Telmarine accent was an arbitrary decree by Pruniprismia. After she left, everyone felt that they could talk normal again.

I've heard of "official languages" but "official accents" is a first for me and would have to be taught. Of course I wouldn't rule it out though. It was basically the first idea I came up with too. It's what happened to me when I first came to the US as a child. My American teachers couldn't understand my English Accent and trained it out of me.

I was kinda sad to hear that the accent is gone, I rather liked it . Also I prefer continuity and think it a bit odd that they took it out

I have had time to cool off on this matter. This is the only thing I ever said would kill the film. I thought it would be so stupid if they changed Caspian's accent so quickly. But surprisingly I have made peace with this bit of information and will still enjoy the movie.
I think what helped me most was texting my sister. She loved the PC movie but hasn't seen it in a while. I said "I think I found something that bothers me more than the voice change of Reepicheep!!!!! All the Telmarines are British now!!!!!!!!!!" She said "... What were they before? I forgot." So then I thought, maybe most normal people won't care like I do. It will be fine. I have made peace with this and thevoice change of Reep and so there isn't much that bothers me terribly about the film at this point.
I'm kind of glad. To be honest, I didn't like Caspian's accent at all. I thought it sounded fake. Like Ben Barnes was trying a little too hard to sound spanish. So I'm really glad about this change. Ben has a really lovely English accent. No use wrecking it with that fake accent. That's all.
