I have to agree with the general faults that have been refered to over and over again. I really didn't feel anything when I saw the cover (after the excitment and then the disappointment of seeing the official poster design, there was nothing left to be felt for the DVD). Yeah, the color scheme works, but again I feel, like with everything else for the film, the design was rushed (there's no visual appeal to me, just another Snow White or Enchanted cover). And I'm getting real tired of Reepicheep representing the Narnia logo. Honestly, I was never really crazy about the character of Reepicheep in the books (yes, I did like him- C.S. Lewis never did create an unlikable character, whether friend or foe-, but he was never an absolute favorite of mine), but now his image just seems to disgust me. I guess all I can really say is meh.

Yeah, if that's what they are going to stick with.. ..I'd say fans have a chance at making a way better looking cover art by a long shot.

at least reepicheep is gone in SC so we won't see him ruin any more covers or posters...

It was a bit tacky looking before but now...? I can't even speak! Where is Eustace? Where is King Caspian? Whats with the dodgy levetating Reepicheep? Bing back that awesome looking dragon for Aslans sake!!!

As far as pictures go- what is with those ones of Lucy and Edmund? They look like badly photoshopped printscreens from my computer. Aslan looks nice but completely out of place like that baby in the sun from telletubbies! I don't want to go on because there is so much I could say!

If it were me i'd have the ocean with the dawn treader and the sun setting in the background...and that is is! Simple but effective and there would be no cluttering of the packaging! Oh I dispair...but i'll still be buying it when it comes out though I'll make my own cover art, good idea Waggawerewolf27!!!

*sigh* Fox is DESPERATE to make money, huh? A prime example of a company who wants quantity (*cough* money *cough*) over quality.

You know what, I think I will end up making my own cover (or at least asking some wonderful Narniafan to make one for me .)

I`m serious...I can`t accept that this will be the final cover. There is no Caspian and no Eustace! Look at Reepicheep just floating there, not to mention Aslan`s head!! And I was really, REALLY annoyed with the `Easter gift basket item`thing...

On a positive note, the WW is not there and I do like the colours. It just doesn`t seem professional. I guess all the posters were looking this way too. *sigh* We should have seen this coming.

Honestly, I love looking at the LWW and PC DVD covers. I was looking foward to adding VDT to the collection. I don`t think I will be anymore.

Well, good news for the people who loathe the 2-disc DVD edition cover art like I do. The single-disc DVD has much more normal cover art that looks identical to the Blu-ray.

The deleted scenes and commentary are really the only things I'm interested in anyway which will be included on the 1-disc. It also saves me from looking at that shoddy garbage art on the other edition, haha.

I have found a new cover for the DVD its for the Australian release... and it features Ben Barnes Right at the front, and no sign of Will Poulter whatsoever... (except Dragoneustace) flying in the background, there is also no sign of the whitch, and reep is in a better pose for this one... I do have a picture, but not sure how to attatch it... but if you want to see it, go to the website "Sanity australia" and search for Narnia, under the movies heading!

I didn't see the first one with WW. So here's my opinion of the one that's up now on Amazon for the two disk set.

I like it! I think it looks nice. I agree, I wish Eustace and Caspian were on there but other than that, I think it looks good.

The only I thing I hate is that ugly "perfect Easter basket gift" sticker. Yuck, that's so cheesy!

As for the single disc cover: I don't really like it. It looks too much like LWW with the snow around Aslan. But then, I haven't seen the movie yet so maybe that correlates to the movie??
