I wouldnt expect any more box office updates anymore from any site, as its only in a handful of theaters worldwide.. which is an insignificant number to report.

Now, here's a curious tidbit: VDT is still playing in the UK, and it's currently bringing in more money than Gnomeo, Thor, or Fast Five. The UK box office is a mystery to me . . .
Wow Anhun you are right! Apparently VDT is still in theaters with 28 weeks out since release...longer than any other movie!

Doesn't seem VDT is even in the U.K. anymore; there was nothing after the weekend of June 17-19.
There are actually a few countries with unannounced final box office, which means... anybody know? Maybe the movie didn't make enough profit? Anybody?
If these missing box office totals were added to the final box office now, I think the final gross would be the same or even a little higher than PC's. Just a thought.
I distinctly remember typing in $414 million as VDT's final total. But now it seems to have gone up to $415,686,217, a bit closer to the IMDb total of $416,283,624.
As for the missing totals, I am surprised that VDT even got to be shown in some of them, due to cultural or political reasons. I know that VDT did open in India at the same time it opened in Australia.

Boxofficemojo does a finally tally after a movie is completely out of all markets. This was a recent update and it seems that they do this with all movies. So I guess we can round up and our final tally is $416 million. Looks like Hollywood Reporter was right after all when it would tally $1.5 million ahead of every BOM update. Yay!

A postscript to our discussion of VDT's box office totals:
I noticed today some confirmation that there would be a sequel in the Percy Jackson series: Sea of Monsters. If I recall correctly, we doubted that Fox would release a sequel due to Percy's slim returns: $88 million domestic and $226 million worldwide with a $95 million production budget. (92% of the production budget was made in North America and a total of 237% made worldwide.) Compare this to VDT's returns of $104 million domestic and $415 million worldwide with a $155 million production budget. (only 67% of the production budget made in North America but a total of 267% made worldwide.)
It may also be useful to compare Narnia to Harry Potter.
Domestic:
A look at the Harry Potter series reveals that the first film made $379 million domestically with movie #2 making only 82% of the first film domestically, movie #3 making 78% of the first film domestically, movie #4: 91%, movie #5: 92%, movie #6: 94%, movie #7: 93%, movie #8: 119%. Note that the only film in the series that made more money than the first film was the last. Average: $298 million.
Compare to Narnia: LWW: $291 million, PC: $141 million (48% of first film) and VDT: $104 million (35% of first film). Average: $179 million.
LWW made 76% of the domestic box office of The Sorcerer's Stone.
Worldwide:
Harry: $974 mil, $878 mil, $796 mil, $896 mil, $939 mil, $934 mil, $955 mil, $1326 mil. Movie #1: $974 million, #2: 90%, #3: 81%, #4: 91%, #5: 96%, #6: 95%, #7: 98%, #8 136%. Average $962 million.
Narnia: $745 mil, $419 mil, $415 mil. Movie #1: 745 million, #2: 56%, #3: 55%. Average: $526 million.
LWW made 76% of the total box office of The Sorcerer's Stone.
And finally, a comparison to The Lord of the Rings:
Domestic:
Fellowship: $313 million. Towers: $339 million (108% of Fellowship). King: $377 million (120% of Fellowship). Note that each film made more than the previous. Average: $265 million.
LWW made 92% of Fellowship's domestic box office.
Worldwide:
Fellowship: $870 million. Towers: $925 million (106% of Fellowship). King: $1119 million (128% of Fellowship). Average: $971 million.
LWW made 85% of Fellowship's worldwide box office.
These comparisons shows that Narnia is not quite in the same league as Harry and Rings but is still doing reasonably better than Percy.
This may help to explain the current uncertainty of the Narnia's fate. Narnia as a series is not doing phenomenally well, but it isn't a complete flop either. VDT has passed all of our lowest expectations, but not our highest hopes.
