I'm fairly sure the BBC productions would have been shown at around the same time in NSW as in Vic. I know when it was first shown here 1989 it was shown on weekday afternoons (I think 1 episode a week from memory although I'm not 100% sure) during the Afternoon Show hosted by James Valentine - I'm fairly sure from memory it was in a 5pm timeslot. Later productions including SC were shown on a Saturday evening from memory - although that may have been a replay of it, after it originally aired on ABC TV - I can't recall. By 1995 it was never shown on free-to-air TV in Australia again.
