Yeppers, I went and saw the glorious Narnia exhibit at MOSH yesterday.
SPOILERS
My favorite aspects were the actual movie costumes- Susan's battle costume from PC, Lucy's PC outfit that she wears during much of the movie, Caspian's final outfit, Susan's horn, two quivers of arrows belonging to Susan, and so on.
I also liked C.S. Lewis' wardrobe and his books. It made me wonder if he used a wardrobe as another hint- since it is made out of wood that had to be crafted by a carpenter.
It also showed how they studied mouse movements in order to create an accurate Reepicheep, as well as how they designed the castles. There was even an arch for kids to build, as well as a suit of armor to lift.
They do not allow photography inside the actual exhibit- but I was able to get my pic taken outside:
Note- if this pic is not allowed, please take it down. The "no photography" warning is inside the actual exhibit- but I do know laws are strict in the USA when it comes to things like this.
Overall, it was fascinating. Totally worth the trip. It was one of those places that make me feel like I'm in heaven.
^^ oh awesome! lucky you! I bet it was awesome! I wish I could have gone!

Yup, very lucky indeed.
Anyone here been to any of the other exhibit stops?
This slipped by me over the last 8 days. Good grief. Kinda normal anymore.
I love the pic!
I was hoping to make it to one of the exhibitions some day. That "some day" is slipping away.
“Safe?” said Mr. Beaver; “don’t you hear what Mrs. Beaver tells you? Who said anything about safe? ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.”
I saw the Exhibition at Philadelphia and then Houston. It wasn't all people said it would be, but still an interesting look behind the scenes.
Photography is definitely NOT allowed...but I have some pictures inside it anyways.
