[Closed] Narnia Crew Members - who would you be sad to see go?

Rumor has it that The Magician's Nephew has been slated for a December 2013 release. It is very possible that there could be a lot of crew turnover. If so, who would you be saddest to see go from the last three Narnia films?

(In other words, if they got rid of these people, I would be pretty sad).

For me:

1. Isis Mussenden - costume designer. If there was been one real strength to the Narnia movies, it's been costume design. Always excepting, of course, Caspian's Super Tubes at the end of PC.

2. David Arnold - composer. I can't say I found the whole of the VDT soundtrack GREAT, but quite a lot of it was very good. The new main theme in particular I found to be moving. Alongside the main Gregson-Williams theme, I'm proud of the main theme music Narnia has (not to mention Geoffrey Burgon's unforgettable theme for BBC Narnia). Also, you have to admire Arnold: he read the entire series and began composing music just from reading the books. THAT, my friends, is true dedication.

3. Karl Walter Lindelaub - Cinematographer for Prince Caspian. This guy probably worked on LWW as well, but the cinenamtography for Prince Caspian really stands out. I dare say that Prince Caspian actually has the best "look" of any fantasy movie I've ever seen.

PS: ok...I don't know how much truth there is to this but, according to IMDB, Harry Gregson-Williams did the voice of Pattertwig?! Is this true?

Yes, Pattertwig was voiced by Harry Gregson-Williams. :)

To be honest, I'd be sad if any of the crew didn't return. There's so many people, like Howard Berger (is that his name?), that helped make Narnia what it is. I would love to see everyone back for MN, with the exception of Apted and the screenwriters. Each person has their own importance to add to the films. I don't think VDT was the best work they've done, but I think they still were trying to do their best. I hope MN will really show their abilities to the top (as they did with LWW and PC).

And don't forget, we've already lost a vital part of the crew, Perry Moore. :(

An Arnold/Gregson-Williams collaboration would be awesome, I think :)

I would be devastated if Douglas Gresham left as producer! but i doubt that would happen.

I would also be upset if Andrew Adamson, or Mark Johnson stepped down from being producers...

=)) SO true. 8-}
Yes, definitely Isis Mussenden is at the top of my list. And I don't know too much about the more techy aspects of film-making, but I agree that Karl Walter Lindelaub's work on PC was very good. He's certainly on the list, too.

As far as composers go, I'd rather see Harry Gregson-Williams return. But a collaboration between he and David Arnold, as C.S. Sibelius suggests, could be good.
