I was finally able to get the picture to download as well.
That game is tough. :p I haven't been able to get past the 7th level yet. :p I think it is too picky at times.

Some people on the Official Facebook page found out that the Sword Training game is finally online. Its pretty nifty! Kind of like the sort of game you might get on the Nintendo DS.

http://www.narnia.com/us/games/sword

EDIT: You can access the game through the "Games" menu on the front page, and i assume it will later be available through Narrowhaven. However (and this may just of been me) but after completing the game via the "Games" menu (its actually fairly tough to beat) i didn't get the achievement for playing it/completing it (whatever it was for) it until i subsequently went onto the Narrowhaven area, even though i was logged on before, so its probably worth keeping that in mind :)

It's not just you, my friend. I've played the game many times and only won twice.

That game sure is addicting. :p I think I've won twice too, but now matter what I do I cannot get the achievement to show up. (I've tried going to Narrowhaven) Sometimes I don't have any of my achievements showing. Sometimes while playing the game I draw the paths or whatever they are and they look fine to me but it won't accept it. Other times it accepts stuff I thought "oh there is no way that is right" 8-| I suppose I'll have to keep trying. :p

The Reepicheep game seems to be far easier when played using the touch pad of a laptop than it is to try and use a regular mouse. :)

One thing i still don't get though is how some people are consistently able to find the treasure on the map without any clues as to its location. For one, it does not seem possible to be able to systematically search the map in any way, as the ship is incapable of moving by the smallest unit of distance each time - frequently i find myself having to sail off a point and then back on to it to get to the next available position on the map.

Secondly even if it were possible to use a systematic approach, it would surely take you hours and hours to cover the entire game board - even when the clues and screenshots are up on the facebook page, it can still take me a good 5 minutes trying to find the correct alignment necessary for the boat to find the treasure. I know i spend a fair amount of time looking for Narnia news, but even i am not stupid enough to waste hours of my life looking for treasure of no real value.

So is there something i'm missing here? Part of me thinks that the computer programs which are able to extract the backgrounds from the flash website (which several people seem to know how to do, but is a skill which still eludes me) are somehow capable of reading the flash code to reveal the precise location of the treasure every time? Is that something which is even possible?

It really doesn't make sense to me otherwise, though maybe thats just the way it is. Oh well :)

It doesn't make since to me either. I have know idea how they do it. Maybe they are just born lucky? I also have no idea how they get the nice backgrounds from the website. All I know how to do is take a picture of the screen. I don't bother looking for the treasure if there isn't a clue. I might do a few random clicks but that is it. If there is a way to systematically search I haven't figured it out. I have the same trouble getting exactly where I want to.

I still can't get my achievement to show up for the Sword game. X(
Here's what I do (maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong). I login and access the game either from the game menu or from Narrowhaven (which requires a second login). I play the game. I click submit score. It says to go to Narnia.com to submit the score and I click on the button provided. When I get to Narnia.com it takes me to the leaderboard. It doesn't recongnize that I am logged in and provides no way to do so. I go to Narrowhaven (and login there) Nothing happens. :p It's getting frustrating.

^^ yeah mine kept doing that too! It is frustrating! And the little mouse(my clicker, not reepicheep) won't do what I tell it to do! And even if it does and I think it's perfect, it will be refused, and the ones I think are horrid they accept! It is a truly confusing and addicting game!

I saw the movie....and was disappointed

^ I'm glad I'm not the only one. :p
I was looking around on facebook and found this from Official Narnia: "RE: Sword Training: The achievement is awarded after clicking "Submit Score." If you've clicked "Submit Score" and you still don't have the achievement, send an e-mail to NarniaSupport@soapcreative.com." It seems that others have been having trouble getting the achievement.

I just emailed them to complain! This weekend, I logged in, played the game [until part 4 :P], then hit submit score. It took me to the homepage and acted like I wasn't logged in. No achievement. Strange. :-s Getting the mouse to cooperate is hard too...

But guess what? I'd been playing with the url last week to try to get to Goldwater Island early. ^^ And today I did this: http://www.narnia.com/us/goldwater/#/map . I got an achievement for going to the island! But there's nothing there yet. :p

I'm ranked 78 and have almost 18,000 points = 2 sails. :)

I have a laptop touch pad and I won on my first try! :D (Although I did almost lose) It's not that bad of a game, but since I've already won I don't intend to play again.

*gasps* Ok, so if you go to this link, you can actually see the Goldwater page. http://www.narnia.com/us/goldwater/#/home It's pretty cool. There's a place for a design your own dragon game, thought it doesn't work yet. You can also download the background as a wallpaper, see attached. There are also several things texts boxes that come up.

1. Goldwater This island holds no mercy for the greedy. It has earned the name Deathwater and would-be explorers would do well to keep their wits about them and cautiously consider each thought and deed.

2.Gold Lord There is much to catch the eye on this island, but even an innocuous pool of water can be dangerous... as this lost lord tragically discovered. Will he serve as a warning to adventurers, or will they follow him to a golden end?

3.Dragons Dragons are miserly creatures, a vicious reflection of the avarice in mortals: indeed it is said that some dragons used to be particularly unpleasant humans. If you fill your heart with greedy dragonish thoughts, one day you may not recognize yourself.....

The scene is apparently the one from the second of the three clips we saw earlier, with the addition of a larger cave (congrats to all those who wanted the cave :) )
