Does anyone else have a problem with the latest riddle? It asks who turned the Dufflepuds invisible. I put in the Dufflepuds, because all we Narnia nuts know full well that the Dufflepuds made themselves invisble because Coriakin "uglified" them. Yet the site said I was incorrect! So I put in Coriakin, and it said I was correct! Seriously, people, if you're going to have trivia Q's on Narnia, get them right!!!
That's pathetic. They can't even get their own trivia question correct.
Check out "The Magician's Nephew" and "The Last Battle" trailers I created!

I posted it on the official facebook page. I have no idea if they'll see it and correct it or not. They probably meant "made them ugly" instead of "invisible".
Or maybe Coriakin makes them invisible in the movie.
I just encountered that horrible trivia question as well. I put in Clipsie at first (the chief Duffer's daughter... i think that's how you spell it), and when that didn't work I tried Coriakin, though I did so hoping dearly it wouldn't work. But, it did. Oh well, no biggie; just kind of annoying for those who know better.
I don't know if anyone else has noticed this or not, but there's a new addition to the map game. When you click on your ship and the compass thingy comes up as usual, you can now click on other parts of the compass and they take you short-cut style to different islands. There's a button for each of the main islands (Galma, Terebinthia, and the seven isles aren't on there). Or maybe has this always been available, and I'm just now noticing?

Considering they couldn't even write their own character bios, I'm not surprised.
Guys, this is getting a bit rude. Just because the website creators were either handed bad information or they did not have any reference material to look at when they created the site, doesn't mean they were doing it deliberately. If you don't like it, do like fantasia did and find a way to notify them that it is incorrect. We do have a respect rule here.
What do you think of the coming soon parts on the map?
I don't wanna go thru 11 pages of posts.
Anyway, I'm new to Narnia.com! I finally signed up today. Pathetic, I know. I just don't play many games online (that includes FB).
So what do I do on the site? I can't access games on the US site, can I? They asked me one question when I joined, and I've posted something to FB twice. And I've looked at the map with all the 'coming soon's. So what now?
220chrisTian, that's about all there is right now. There's a hidden treasure on the map, it's location changes daily: when you click on your ship, a compass-thingy pops up, and if you click the top it will search the area you're at for treasure. The treasure's pretty hard to find, but the Official Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader Facebook fanpage gives clues each day that help. Getting the treasure gives you more points and more achievements. Other than that, there's not much there. I can't wait to find out why the islands say Coming Soon, though. That really interests me.

I figured out the map and daily clues and treasure hunt bit. And I found the treasure! But I got less than 100 points for doing so. I'm still at level 2 on my points board.
I just noticed that when you click to search for treasure and the little compass/ spinwheel thing pops up you can click on the other icons and they'll take you to a particular island.
Did anyone else notice this?
"The mountains are calling and I must go, and I will work on while I can, studying incessantly." -John Muir
"Be cunning, and full of tricks, and your people will never be destroyed." -Richard Adams, Watership Down
I did notice that go here to see my analysis on what i'm pretty confident that means for the movie. Pleaseeee comment Its been such a slow week on the forums. Hahahhahha... summer holidays for a lot of people im guessing? Anyway viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1594
@wolfloversk: yes, they take you to a particular island. But that doesn't mean much regarding island order. It's just how the map works. And it's how you find treasure, with help from the FB clues.
@icarus: I commented on the thread!
I was just out at Narnia.com and clicked on a news story about narniacharacters.com. Apparently a new character summary will appear each month. It seems just to be based on the books though (It has Caspian's age as 13 when Miraz's son is born). There is a quiz to take. It includes stuff from the book that is not in the write up.Some of the choices for answers are funny. I also want to know who Patterwig is. (I'm sure it was just a typo, but Pattertwig is a little upset.)
I lost two of my achievments - the ones for finding 30 and 60 treasures. I was wondering why they had showed up because I was pretty sure I hadn't found that many. I got a new one - Heroic Sailor - for logging in on 30 different days.

220chrisTian of AslansCountry.com posted some information about the NarniaCharacters.com site over in the CCD forum here. He would probably be able to help you with your feedback. The characters site is a joint venture between them and the official Narnia website. Read the original story on it here. Hope that helps
I was just on Facebook and noticed the same thing Pattertwig's Pal! There is an interesting bit about Caspian on the page though:
...Caspian demonstrates the humility, submission, and self-control of a leader. Thinking of his friends' safety and the best way to establish Narnian rule, he humbly hides his true identity from the Calormene slavetraders, identifies with his subjects, and allows himself to be captured in order to rescue his friends.
It could be argued that this is simply exposition from the book, but I'm not sure that Pug was specifically identified as Calormene in the book, and I wouldn't say that in the book Caspian hides his identity in order to identify with his subjects. And allowing himself to be captured in order to rescue his friends? In the book he was captured along with his friends. Maybe this is nothing, but this paragraph struck me as new material. Perhaps from the movie?
