When stories make the jump from book to film some plot points make it in and some don't. Which of these parts from MN do you most want to see in a film?
I voted for the Wood between the Worlds. It was one of the most exciting parts of the book for me because of the idea that there were other worlds besides Narnia and the possibilities of what they were juxtaposed against the sleepiness of the place. I also have hopes that the movie might get that particular part right.
If you'd like, tell what you picked and why.

I picked "all" because all of the scenes you picked (except maybe the pirate cave) are great scenes in my book (pun intended). The pirate cave was cool, but I think that I'm really more excited about the other scenes rather than that one.

I voted "all" as well. There is so many great scenes from the book that I want to see, that I can't choose on in paticular right now! I think I'll just have to reread MN soon, but either way, because I love MN so much, I really want to see all of the scenes get made correctly. Of course, that's not likely to happen, but while there's hope now, I still am crossing my fingers will see them all done in perfection!
I think Digory's journey for the fruit on top of Fledge has potential to be an extremely amazing scene. I always think of Harry's ride on Buckbeak from HP3, but over vastly beautiful rivers and hills, mountains and lakes; it could be absolutely breathtaking!
That being said, in terms of making a faithful and successful film adaptation, I think all these scenes are really necessary, and evidently, Aslan's creation of Narnia is the most crucial. Without it, the three previous movies have no relevance!
"I'm a beast I am, and a Badger what's more. We don't change. We hold on. I say great good will come of it... And we beasts remember, even if Dwarfs forget, that Narnia was never right except when a son of Adam was King." -Trufflehunter
I voted "all" because every one of those items, with the possible exception of the pirate cave, are crucial to the story in one way or another.
And it absolutely has to be obvious that in the Creation scene, Aslan's voice is doing the creating. He's not singing because He's happy to see all this stuff that just happened by accident.

I vote other. I can't wait to see the entire world of Charn and I hope they do it like in the book with the red buildings and the dark/blue sky. Charn is really the world that drew my interest in MN. I cant wait to see it done!

I just read MN again and I have to say that the scene I want to see the most is the creation of Narnia. For some reason, every time I read it I get chills running down my spine. Not to mention this scene has the potential to be truly breathtaking, with amazing music. They better have Aslan singing!! This is also the scene that is the most vivid in my mind.

Fire Fairy, I voted for the Wood between the Worlds. But I do want to see the creation scene done as well. It has potential to be incredible. I picture a little like Fantasia but better.

"Other". The best scene is when Jadis tempts Digory with the fruit. It's the most dramatic, emotional, and climatic moment of the story.
Winter Is Coming
I voted "Digory's journey for the fruit", including Digory being tempted. It's the climax of the story, and if they don't build up to it and do it properly, there will be no draw for non-book fans. My second choice would be the creation scene.

The Creation of Narnia: This most definitely should be seen and have lots of camera time, but I think they'll have trouble making sure it's not corny. I guess we have to hope for the best.
Jadis in London: I think that section could be really funny and good, so I hope they put some focus on it.
The Wood between the Worlds: I voted for this - I really want them to capture the atmosphere - the sleepiness and nothingness in it.
And I don't think anything else needs to be really focused on, except maybe Digory's journey.

I voted all because the are all important. The creation of Narnia is probably most important but all the other ones are necessary too. In order to understand how they get to that point we need the other scenes. The Smuggler's cave is important because it shows how Polly found out about the tunnel. At the very least they need to show it as Polly and Digory pass through to Uncle Andrew's room. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any parts / points that I would be okay with them leaving out.

All of them really but my top three favourites are: Charn, the Wood Between Worlds, and Narnia's creation.

All of them, but there were bits of MN that weren't mentioned in the Poll. I'd love to see the Hall of Statues in Charn, though I agree the ringing of the bell is more important. Just the scenery would really be something. Also, Uncle Andrew's adventures with the animals might be fun to see. And King Frank and Queen Helen's coronation.
I voted the ringing of the bell. Very epic and important scene.
