Focus on the Family's Plugged In Online has posted discussion starters about LWW on their web page.

They have some interesting thoughts about the film and many scripture references that apply to the story.

What do you think?

I think it's an excellent summary and good talking points. Perhaps to get some discussion started:

For #1: It seemed to me perhaps as if Peter could not see beforehand if he'd done anything wrong, as in, 'It was Edmund's fault entirely for going astray; nobody did anything to make him do it.'
After Edmund found Narnia with Lucy, he wouldn't admit he had. Because it clearly hurt Lucy, who ran out of the room crying, Peter reacted angrily and ran after Lucy. This bred resentment in Edmund. Later, when they find Narnia, the three other siblings get in a snowball fight, but Edmund stands off to the side. His feelings don't get any better when Peter gets in his face.

For #6: The White Witch went after Edmund's weaknesses. He thought he was better than Peter and the others, so when she supposedly offered him the chance to be a prince, he went for it, and that resulted in #9.

That's all for now.

huh,
either you edited the link in the first post or it works now,
I thought I'd try it before using the new one and it worked.

I thought the article was interesting:
#2 How true, and I hadn't ever thought about it for real life, I've only seen it in light of Lucy. How much we can benefit from building a good reputation! One of many lessons to learn from Lucy.

#5 from the most humble of places does he choose the "heroes".

#8 I know I am definitely one to always have wondered what Aslan told Edmund, but it's true what he says next to the other siblings is more important for us "what's done is done". But curiosity does still bother me, and I will never know what he said.

#10 I love this one, I caught on to this one the first time I saw the movie, of course I never saw it in out light but I will have to take better thought next time I see the movie. I can see I have missed some things.
