I see what Disney did. I think that premiering the trailer in front of a Disney movie will bring in even more money for Toy Story from all the Narnia fans wanting to see the trailer on the big screen. So whether or not the trailer would be in front of a Disney film was an incentive for Disney, not a detriment.
I saw Prince of Persia Sunday night and got excited every time I saw the Disney logo on a trailer-- until I remembered that Fox replaced Disney for this film. Obviously this doesn't mean VODT won't be with a Disney movie. But..... it does mean that Disney won't be profiting from VODT, except for the Narnia fans who will flock to TS3 to see the trailer.
"To the Great Western Wood, I give you...."
How exciting. so many people will see the trailer now... i know this isnt true, but it would be funny if Disney agreed to have the trailer because narnia fans are not all that happy with disney after dropping the franchise, and so they put the trailer infront of one of thier movies to force narnia fans back to a disney movie. haha... not true i know, but funny if it were. cant wait... longest two weeks of my life (so far) followed by the longest 6mts of my life
In the grand scheme MOVIES ARE NOT IMPORTANT, people are important, Love one another and treat eachother how we would like to be treated ourselves!
uh, I guess I'm one of the very few who doesn't care for this decision. Or Toy story 3 in general. I only hope it gets online _before_ Toy story 3 starts.
Oh yes! I am SO excited to see the trailer! As Reepi said, I so hope it comes out online before Toy Story comes out. I am a little impatient!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait , we finally are going to be able to get our first look at VDT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m so happy it’s going to be playing in front of TS3! I Love Toy Story it’s my favorite Pixar movie!
I’m hoping it does come online first, only so I can analyze every single second of it. And so I don’t make a scene at the theater the first time I see it!
A few things I want from the trailer:
1. I think they should give a good idea of what the story is about. (even though we all know)
2. I think they need to include a sense of Wonder and Discovery.
3. Show Ed and Lu.
4. And I don’t know about anyone else, but I hope they don’t show to much footage.
As much as I want a lot, I think a lot of movies end up showing some of the best parts in trailers and when the film finally comes along you’ve felt like you’ve seen a lot of the good stuff already.
My guess is that the trailer will be anywhere from 1mintue and 30seconds or 2mintues.
I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope the scenes where the room Lucy, Ed and Eustace are in fills up with water and RD welcoming the travelers is in the trailer. Oh I feel so impatient I was trying not to but now I simply cannot help it.

There is no way i am seeing a Toy Story film, but i can't wait until the trailer ends up online.
There are no clouds in the sky. There is only the open sun and the Lord watches.
Does anyone else plan on waiting to see it on the big screen before they see it online? Cause I think that would be very cool. Denying the gratification just a little longer though, but for a better result while at the movie theater.
^^ I plan on seeing it on the big screen first, and probably more than once, and then using the online to analyze frame by frame, and then when I've seen all I can see it on the big screen one last time (is that a tad obsessive?)

I also plan on seeing it in front of Toy Story 3 first, even if it does show up in the internet before hand.
It's not that big of a surprise, really. I was expecting that or the A-Team.
I'm very excited and I hope it shows up online first! I will be going to see Toy Story 3 on the opening day, though! So, I'll get to see the trailer in 3D and on the big screen!
Very, very, very excited!
I met Georgie and Skandar AND saw the film in one evening.
yay! awesome! I am so happy! yay! I really want to see Toy Story 3 in theaters, more than ever!

I think I'll wait to see it on the big screen. If I watch it online I'll watch it over and over again and analyze every single little detail. I'd like to avoid that with my first viewing.
Oh how put-outing. I will be without computer access when the trailer comes out! Figures. Oh, well. At least it's only a couple of extra days to wait.
I don't think I'm going to actually watch it; I'll stick to screen caps, I think. Watching it would detract something from the movie, for me.
I thought it would be on Toy Story 3!

If I remember correctly, I think the Prince Caspian trailer came out online on a Tuesday or Wednesday, before it started playing in front of new movies in theaters on Friday. I hope they do something similar, just so we can see it sooner.
Mark my words, someday I will think of something brilliant to put in my sig.
