If I could change only one thing, without question, it would be the dialogue. I really wish they could have included more of C.S. Lewis' original dialogue throughout the movie. And I'm not even saying this out of sentiment or a love of the familiar. Lewis' version was simply a million times better.
It was at times touching, at times humorous. It did so much to develop the characters and their relationships, without hitting you over the head. I'll grant you, some of the more florid language would go over modern movie-goers' heads, and I understand why they didn't include it, but there were a number of conversations that would be perfectly understandable. Why didn't they include them?
Id have to say:
-Eustace's Undragoning
-the length of the movie, make it LONGER!
-take out that awful green mist!
"I'm a beast I am, and a Badger what's more. We don't change. We hold on. I say great good will come of it... And we beasts remember, even if Dwarfs forget, that Narnia was never right except when a son of Adam was King." -Trufflehunter
@ Narnian Heart: You put that so beautifully. It is so satisfying, after all that he has been through,to see what Edmund has become. To see him in the role of older brother and mentor. And this is the first time you see changed Eustace--still unsure of himself, still shaken by his experience. Edmund has been there. And he's willing to share that understanding with Eustace. It's such a meaningful, heartfelt scene--I missed it also.
Actually put Ramandu on his OWN stupid island ^^

GET RID OF GAEL THE MIST AND THE 7 SWORDS AND MAKE IT LONGER

I would make thew film longer! I loved it but it was a bit too short and a longer film would have given the characters time to build up better relations with eachother.
Narnia is childhood...
Seriously, just give the kid the orange. He needs his vitamin C!
I would take out the green mist. The scenes that most annoyed me would be either improved or no longer in the film.
