im so glad peter and susan have a small role in the beginning like in the book

I attended my local Regal Cinema yesterday morning and HULLO! the first thing I see when I walk in is the Voyage of the Dawn Treader display! I must say that it looks 10x better in person.
And I must say that in person Reepicheep looks 10x stupider on the poster twice.
Overall, it is very attention grabbing and looks fantastic!

I saw the Dawn Treader Display in my RC Theaters! It's finally spreading to other cinema chain!

Yes today I went to a different theater then when I saw POP, I was picking up a friend and a display of the VDT banner was in the lobby. VDT is very close now then we all think. It made me feel very excited today.

I don't think that it is anything to really worry about. We already receieved news that Peter had a stand in at a train station scene not in Narnia, the witch was said to appear as a cameo in a dream shorter then her cameo in PC. As for Susan it must be her picture that will be in the Magician's book. They are all cameos.

By placing them on a huge banner will bring back previous audiences thinking they'll have parts in it. A true Narnia fan would know that they will not play huge roles in this movie. Plus the banner is huge so why not put familiar faces on it. It is something called a 'gimmick'.

I'm not worried. Peter and Susan make cameo appearances, and since they're loved characters whom many (myself included) will miss, they're put on poster to entice the fans and show they do make an appearance. As per the White Witch, I withour any spoilers guess she will make an appearance in someone's dream on the Dark Island - my guess is Edmund's. The photos of Ed and Lucy look bad, but hopefully there are many posters yet to come and perhaps the graphic designers will have us remit this mistake by their future works For one, I like how Caspian looks, though I'd remove that strand of hair from his eyes, but that's just the forceful wannabe poster designer speaking in me

I hope no one will take offense, but sometimes it seems to me people tend to fret too much over details, and while I understand the importance of a good commercial campaign to promote the film, I am calm for now, for this is only the beginning. So let's be a tad more optimistic and all will be well

there are now some posters in the Cinemark chain theaters (at least in mine)!!!! Maybe the trailers have arrived in the cinemas and are all prepared to be played with Toy Story!

Okay, well, I read somewhere that the White Witch only shows up in a dream (I originally read that on imdb.com which was apparently originally from narniafans.com). No worries!

I saw the teaser poster with Aslan's face and the Dawn Treader in his eye. It was really cool to see in the theater.

I recently saw the display in my theater. It does indeed look many times over better in person. The dreadful minotaur does not look wierd in person, so no worries there.
We know the Witch is still White and she is supposed to only appear in a dream, so no worries there.
Peter and Susan have cameos, which is better than them not appearing at all, so no worries there.
Reepicheep still looks silly, but I'm overall happy.

Now if only we could get a better poster of Eustace...

ChristProclamer, I agree. We haven't seen much of Eustace yet. I hope he starts showing up soon.
