[Closed] How I Think They Will Do 'Horse and His Boy'

In my mind, if the next Narnia films are critically and commercially successful then they will eventually turn to 'The Horse and His Boy' (my joint favorite Narnia book, along with The Last Battle), but this will be hard to market as a film as it isn't really a prequel and it doesn't continue the main story line.

In my mind I can only see them doing this as a TV series. That way it could find a different market. It would also need smaller sets and battles the final battle involves probably less than than a thousand troops in total. It could be shot on location, with special effects only used for the cities etc. Plus because it has a lot of smaller plot lines, it doesn't need to be watched all at once.

This is just my idea on how they should do it and possibly how they will. What do you think of my idea, and how do you think they should do the film if they ever get to it?

I think they might be able to do it like that, but I think it'd be better if they made it a movie anyway. They don't have to market it as a prequel (after all, this is after LWW), and I think so far that this would be one of the easier Narnia books to adapt into film, and if they do a great job at it, it will be spectacular! ;)

And as for what we think HHB should be like and the way it should be done, we already have a place for that: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2565
