I know we have had a poll like this in the past, but it was one the old forum so here is a new, updated version!
My favorite song is a three way tie between Lucy, 2-1, and Where.
Where fills me with longing and I love the inclusion of the Narnia theme in it, along with the fantastic lyrics ('on this half-lit day, with your crown beneath your wing, every word just echoes...')Lucy is melancholy and sweet and Hanne Hukkelburg has a wonderful voice. I really enjoy listening to her and Lucy is my favorite character so this one is a no-brainer. 2-1 seems to me to represent perfectly the feelings of the Pevensies upon their return to Narnia in PC.
Oh, but I also love A Dance 'Round the Memory Tree. It's really neat that the theme of the song is a dance and it seems the rhythm is a waltz. Perfect.
Note: 2-1 was intended for the PC soundtrack but rejected because it was 'too dark'. You can listen to it here: http://www.imogenheap.com/ellipse/
Quod Erat Demonstrandum
I went with Wunderkind because I absolutely love the song, perfect during the credits. Although I love them all.
Switchfoot, I love the song most, but I like it best as independent- the credit version is different than the Cd and I am not as moved by it in the credits as the one that got my vote.
2-1 I've heard,
but as it was rejected I honestly don't think it deserves to be placed in the poll- it never made it unto the Narnia credits/soundtrack.
I voted The Call because it fit so well in the credits. I liked how it was bittersweet, because that's usually how I feel when I finish reading a Narnia book (that or I'm bouncing off the walls with pure joy ).
As far as the songs themselves, I like This Is Home the best and I love singing along to it. However, narnian1 is right- they butchered it in the credits.
The Call! I love that song!
as for second favorite, I would have to say This Is Home! but I like the call the best!!!!!
(this is home version I like: soundtrack!) yes, they butchred it in the credits! I like the soudtrack version. the credits version was weird!

Definitely Wunderkind! It perfectly matched up with what Lucy and Susan were feeling when they became queens of Narnia.
I chose The Call, but it was very tuff to choose between that and This is Home, because I feel that both really captured Narnia for me, and every time I listen to those songs, I can't help but think of all the wonderful experiences I've had with Narnia! Reading it for the first time, Watching LWW and PC at midnight, Narniaweb, all that wonderful stuff

I love the song The Call, I just think its so beautiful and it fits well with the movie, especially when they left Narnia. This is one of my favorites!
"We have nothing if not belief"
I chose "The Call" because...
1. I like the song [and the fanmade Youtube video that goes with it].
2. I'm not familiar with the other choices. I don't like Switchfoot.
I HAD to vote the call! It was a beautiful song, and I loved it's tie in with the Caspian and Susan romance!!! Also the bitter sweet end!! and Regina has a nice voice...the music was also pretty!! I probably like Switch Foot second. It really seemed to fit Peter or Susan.
Loyal supporter of Caspian/Susan.

How does it tie into Susaspian exactly?
I voted for Dance 'Round the Memory Tree. The Call was a nice enough song as was This is Home, but neither one reminds me of Narnia. And none of the LWW songs do.
I too voted for "Dance 'Round the Memory Tree." I liked "The Call" quite a bit as a stand alone song (I believe that is the proper term), but I felt that the timing was off when they put it in the movie, and therefore it makes me think of Susan/Caspian when I hear it, which, no offense to anyone else of course, in a way lessens the message of the song for me especially because Susan can't come back whenever someone calls... Anyways. Moving on. "This is Home" is a fine song, but here too I will echo what others have said in that the actual credits version of it was quite different. The LWW songs are alright, and I like them, but I prefer the one I voted for above all the others.

Wunderkind obviously followed by The Call

Interesting that several people associate "The Call" with Suspian. It always makes me think of Lucy (the character, not the song). My second favorite would be "Can't Take It In"; I'm sad to see it hasn't had any votes yet. Pretty much all of the credits songs have been good, one of the aspects of the movies that has surprised and impressed me the most.
