I think the best we can hope for is an extended cut to fix up the pacing issues. I hope it fleshes out some of the moments and gives some room to breathe. It won't improve the adaptation so much but it would make it a much better movie. I'm all for the other special features discussed above too.

Doctor Who - Season 11
I have to agree with the members who have stated an extended cut of the movie. VDT definitely needs that. Say they extended at least 20min, that'll give us a movie more along the lines of the length of PC and LWW. (It'd still fall short actually).
I just can't imagine what other scenes they would have filmed that they thought would have needed to be cut out, for whatever reason. Everything else (it appears to me) would have to be "filler scenes", just stuff there to say that it's there.
"I'm a beast I am, and a Badger what's more. We don't change. We hold on. I say great good will come of it... And we beasts remember, even if Dwarfs forget, that Narnia was never right except when a son of Adam was King." -Trufflehunter
A nice, ploished, extended cut would be a dream come true! But I don't expect it to happen.
Other then that, I'd like a lot of deleted scenes (with explanations), concept art glimpses, and behind-the-scenes of the costumes, props, CGI, and filming on location.

Extended edition!
And I'd love to hear the writers/director explain why they made the decisions they did.
~Once a king or queen in Narnia, always a king or queen.~
I'd like to see that part reproduction of the lost 1967 first versions of LWW included in the DVD special features, maybe as part of a history of the Narnia series feature. Sort of like how A day in the life of JKR got included in the Harry Potter and Half-blood Prince DVD.
