No release date for Norway yet. Bah!
wow that's a really bad translation. Why does US get this movie after Australia and France though . Not fair .
Updated my post to include Canada, Denmark, and Japan, as well as to correct Finland's release date.
Ugly Pig, since Finland and Sweden are getting the movie on Dec 25, is it same to assume that Norway would get it the same day?
I'm not going to angst over Australia getting it before us. If I remember right, they had to wait awhile to get PC. And it's only two days, so it's not like we're getting it weeks after them.
PC was released here 3+ weeks after the US. It's about time Australia had a movie release before the US. Even Australian productions are often released first in the US. It's madness.

That would be my guess, except it's listed absolutely nowhere among the upcoming films in Norwegian cinemas, nor does IMDB list a Norwegian release date. I'm starting to worry that's something's up over here...
Oh ugh! How awful! King Aslan and the Magical Islands?
oh, wait until you see the finnish translation! "prinssi kaspian matkustaa maailman ääriin", which translates to "prince caspian travels all over the world"... *facepalm*
i must say, however, that i simply love the french: "l'odyssée du passeur d'aurore", or the odyssey of the...well, the dawn treader. eh, it just sounded far more poetic in my mind...
eirin799 of enter-narnia, once.
otherwise likely insignificant to you.
Malta on the 10th!! I'm so glad we're getting it with rest of the world... unlike PC!

I don't know if this is exactly the right place for this.. but I need to ask someone, and let out my feelings at the same time.
So.. up until today, I couldn't find any information on when, or if VDT would come out in Japan. Then today, I randomly read on the IMDB page for Voyage of the Dawn Treader that Japan's date is set for..
25th February 2011!???
I mean, I'm used to movies coming out later over here, but I had expected VDT to be fairly close to the 'first' release. Prince Caspian came out on May 21st, just 5 days after the original release. True, LWW didn't come out until March 4th of 2006, but that was 5 years ago, and Japan's gotten better.
I know IMDB isn't exactly reliable, and I haven't been able to either confirm or dispel this anywhere else, but I really wasn't expecting it. I don't think I can wait 2+ extra months.
I know I'm probably the only person in the entire country that will care to be affected by this, but I just needed to ask - should I trust the date IMDB has?
