June, hmm... It's strange for a film to release clips that early. So, maybe we will see a trailer very soon! or the person who wrote the advertisement used the wrong word...

Yes! This is wonderful! Now we only have to wait for. . .46 days for lengthy (I pray) clips! And I'm sure this must also mean we'll be getting the trailer VERY soon! Like in 21 DAYS (Iron Man 2)!

To change the subject though... I'm VERY glad they've gone back to marketing to the Christian community again. I think that's one of many things they didn't do well for Prince Caspian and it cost them. So good job Fox and Walden

I'll ditto the last bit. This change in marketing strategy, I hope bodes well for the film.

I don't know if this was at all intended towards me, but I didn't mean to imply that the trailer release had anything to do with the VBS clips, I was merely stating my hopes. I hope we get a trailer between now and when the clips are released.

I don't know what it is about that tiny picture, but it really speaks VDT to me. Look at the golden hues and the caught-in-action posture of the subjects. I love it!

it may be a tiny picture, but just seeing it made me giddy with excitment and happiness for VotDT! I have always thought of VotDT (when I read the book) as very full of color and vibrant hues.....oh it's so awesome!

Yes. However, the main difference is that the Biola conference, like the previous presentation event for Christian Leaders and other such events*, is a one-off screening in a controlled environment, with significant restrictions on its viewing.

This VBS package however will be available to purchase on the internet and so will be the first time that any footage has been made so freely available to the general public (unless of course the trailer comes out before then, which we all very much hope it will)

**In addition to the Christian Leaders event, Randy Testa (Vice-President for Education at Walden Media), has been doing a tour of various Library Conferences since the start of the year, doing Dawn Treader related presentations which include movie footage and other materials. However, i have yet to see a single piece of information come out of those screenings, which just goes to show really.

Thank you for explaining, Icarus! All the same, I do persist in hoping for a spy report from the BIOLA event. You never know!
