I just got my tickets for Friday night! I'm so excited!Just over 24 hours to go for me.

*Comes in and sits down*
It doesn't really seem true that I'll be watching VDT tomorrow. I persist in thinking of it as an event that will happen in the distant future. Occasionally I will have a sudden burst of excitement and give a squeeeeeeee, but then I will lapse into calm disbelief.
*Goes out quietly*

A couple more days for me, since I can't see it until Sunday afternoon. The only time I can see a movie on opening night is if it happens to be playing in a theater that is closest to where I live. Unfortunately, that theater (which is where I first saw Prince Caspian) closed its doors for good on November 3rd due to competition from our newest theater, which is where VDT will be playing. I just bought my ticket online (first time I ever did that) yesterday (it was for the 2D version, since the 3D version is beyond my price range at the moment. I"ll try to catch the 3D version at least once, but it probably won't be until after Christmas, if it's still playing). I was planning to go on Satrurday, but LWW is on television that day, and I don't usually watch two different movies from the same franchise all in one day (that's too much, even for me. I once watched the first three discs of The Fellowship of the Ring EE all in one night. I was exhausted after doing that).

Even though I've shopped at our new Walmart Supercenter (which is just next door to the theater), this is the first time I'll see the inside of our new 8 screen Cineplex (there hasn't been anything playing that I wanted to see until now).

*screams and jumps up and down for joy!!!!!* I am SOOO excited!!! I get to go see it tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!! My cinema here is not having a midnight showing but I am planning on going tomorrow!!!!! It doesn't even seem real. I have been waiting for it for so long that it doesn't seem possible that in a little over 24 hours it will be here. But I am very very very excited that it is!!!!

but I have to wait - until sunday the 12th because I am in a Christmas play. and they need me because I am Mary.
if I just keep thinking about how Ben had to not meet the Queen because he had a play, it makes me feel sort of better!

I'm getting exceedingly excited and nervous. This is make it or break it, and I don't like the pressure at all! If I thought the month of silence was bad, after Disney left and Fox picked up, this is worse.

Guys, it has been a blast! We're (almost) finally there, what a ride!

I've loved counting down the days. I cannot believe VDT comes out tomorrow! I remember setting up the countdown on my iGoogle homepage two years ago, and now it says one day left. I'm so excited!

I don't know whether I'll be going to see VDT on Friday or Sunday, but I think it's definitely going to have to be opening weekend. If I have to walk to the theater, I will.

When is everyone else seeing it?

Less then a day (about 4 1/2!)! My reactions:
