Thank you very much! I would like to add, that I hope Mr. Barne's beard will become bigger and bigger, when Narnina movies become more and more .
THe beard looks weird and so does his long hair. I prefer his short Prince Caspian hair. I like chin and mid neck hair on guys because it's still short but not super short. I don't like the bear or long hair in VDT> I prefer the short PC hair.

I don't really like his beard. I think it makes him look too old, and although I know the age of all the characters has been growing further and further away from the age of them in the books, but I don't like that they have to make him even older.

i voted that it's ok. i guess it makes him look older, but i'm not a big fan of beards, especially on Ben.
or have you forgotten who really defeated the White Witch,Peter~Lucy
Avvie,sig:me!
I am now thinking that it will make him hard to reconise when you first see him on screen - and for the Pevensie's and Eustace!

I voted "it's ok". I don't particularly care either way, though I agree that a beard does make him look older/more kingly.
I love it, I always fancied guys with long hair and beards. I also think it makes him look more like a king
always be humble and kind
I think it's OK but I cud live with out it.
I don't love it but it makes him look older and more kingly. He needs to cut his hair though. It looks really bad that long. I hope they have a haircutting scene during the movie where Lucy forces him to get his hair cut while they're in the Lone Islands or something . She should make him shave while she's at it.
I love it because I think it looks funny on him. But yes it is very kingish and I like that to.

Well... I don't really care... I'm withholding judgment until I see it onscreen. But I have feeling I won't care then either.

Honestly, I think that beards are really cool and natural. I also think that it would be a part of Narnian culture. Remember, Peter had a beard at the end of LWW. (Okay, don't remind me, I know that Edmund didn't, but oh well!) I would think that it signifies maturity, in a way. Miraz had a beard. (Actually, all of the Telmarines did.) As Doctor Cornelius pointed out, "There were very few men in Narnia" before the Telmarines, but it seems to me that all of the grown-up men in Narnia have beards. I think that it is cool and a good way of showing Caspian as a king and a man, not a boy prince (I read someone else's comment which said that, but I can't remember who it was!)
Pray for Skandar member! PM Benjamin to join!
I saw the film on Opening Day!
When all else fails, read the Instructions!
I like it. I think it gives him a more mature, definitely more kingly look. And I wouldn't really consider it a beard, I think its more of a "scruff"
I saw the movie....and was disappointed
I do not like it. He is not supposed to have it. He is supposed to be very, well, pretty. I know they are trying to make him older than in PC...but only 3 years pass between the two books, so a clean shaven Caspian would still be credible.
