Amazing feature! Makes me appreciate the effort of the filmmakers a lot more!
But it was very annoying how at the beginning, it said that "This show is brought to you with limited commercial interruption by so and so" and they showed about 4 more ads throughout the whole video.
^^ haha I know! I was annoyed
yeah it's crazy what they had to put the actors through to get the scene! it really makes me appreciate it even more!

That's just how Hulu is. They do that so all of their videos are paid for and legal.

If you're outside the US, you won't be able to get Hulu at all. Pretty much they explain how the bedroom entrance scene was done. Apparently instead of filling up the set with water, they made a special set that was actually lowered into a tank. It's pretty cool. They also talked about difficulties with green-screen and the painting, scuba lessons for the actors, how they did it all without stunt doubles, and the work they did in the larger tank that was meant to be the ocean. They then showed a cut version of the entire scene, calling it "highlights from the finished scene", or something like that.
I thought it was really cool. I already figured out that they did the scene by lowering the room into the tank from watching the b-rolls, but it was still cool to watch. I really enjoyed watching how they managed all of the pumps for the painting and how they had to go through different stages and all that. What I thought was really neat was how they wanted the actors to do everything without the use of stunt doubles. I think that is awesome that they wanted it to feel as real as possible. Anyways, thanks! It was really cool to watch!

I think it's pretty admirable that the actors were trained and given enough support to do that scene. They come off pretty fearless and competent to me. Though it probably was pretty exhausting and uncomfortable to be in water all that time. They all seem to be pretty good swimmers. Thanks for linking that cool video, I'm hoping it will be a part of the 'making of' featurette on the DVD.

I know, but they said limited commercial interruption. Of which there wasn't.
^^ haha, I noticed that
it's crazy how they had to put all that green screen stuff behind the picture to cover all the hoses.....

It was amazing how they did this scene which is a very important part of the movie. How they put everything together and what the actors have to go through to do a scene. Surprised no one got sick in that water all that time!
Very well done scene!
"We have nothing if not belief"
They must be very sturdy in order to swim for so long. Especially in wet clothes. I know I would not be able to- I am a mediocre swimmer who has poor lung capacity and who is very sensitive to getting her clothes (especially socks) wet.
Overall, the scene was very impressive. They did a fantastic job- everyone did.
^^ yeah, it's amazing how they pulled it off! I know that I wouldn't be able to do it because I can't swim.

Yeah, swimming for long periods of time, for anyone, proves to be difficult after a time. But trying to swim in clothes (don't ask me how I know ), is a thousand times more difficult.
