This is the Megasoid from the Old tv series The Outer Limits
Doesn't it look a lot like the Hag from Prince Caspian! I wonder if this creature could have served as an inspiration?

It does look a little bit like the hag from PC, only a bit more hairy

I can definitely see it. I never liked the beak bit on the hags from PC and it fits better on a monster.

Nice catch. 
It does look very similar, only I think the Hag in PC looks 100% better than Megasoid. I haven't a clue whether this served as an inspiration or not, but it's certainly possible.

Wow, nice find. I know they went through a lot of avian inspirations before hitting on the final design...but it does look similar.

To me it looks like the same costume recycled. 
Looks like it if you tore off a few of its' feathers. To be honest most things that you see in Disney movies now a days after 2004 especially animation most of the stuff are recycled.

I think the Megasoid is actually a recycled gorilla costume.
A further connection with the Narnia Hags (although, I am sure a purely coincidental one) The Megasoid was a highly intelligent yet highly animalistic female creature that was full of hate for humanity. Sounds like a Narnian Hag to me
