Had to look up Swiss steak, but having found out what it is, definitely a yum. And double yum for the mashed potatoes.

Er, yuck? I don't mind green beans as a side dish, like pumpkin, carrots & potatoes, but the idea of a casserole consisting entirely of green beans doesn't really excite my imagination.

(The specific example being Arnott's Mint Slice, to which I've been addicted for about as long as I've had teeth, and one of the few drawbacks of living in the UK is that they don't sell them here )
