Acceptable. Yum.
Maple-candied pecans?
Yuck. I don't like the taste of pecans and I don't think it would be improved by maple candying!
Chocolate-coated hazelnuts? (milk or dark chocolate, you choose)
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
Ooer, no, yuck. Don't like pear anything.
Pumpkin spice latte?
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
Yum.
Poutine? (In honour of Canadian Thanksgiving the other day )
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
Yum, definitely. Even better if it's potato and leek soup — or my new favourite, potato, leek and Stilton soup.
On that note... Blue cheese?
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
....Yum-ish. I can't have huge amounts of it but I like it as a little highlight in a medley of other flavors, if that makes sense.
Hashbrowns?
Yum. Always have a couple of those if I'm staying somewhere that does a cooked breakfast.
Black pudding? (if you don't already know what's in this English breakfast delicacy, you might not want to know )
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
Yum, but definitely in small doses.
Roasted Cashews with chilli & honey?
Yuck. I love cashews, but don't like honey. (Roasted cashews with chilli and lime are nice, though.)
Chocolate coated almonds?
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
Yum (especially during the fall season!)
Rooibos tea?
"And this is the marvel of marvels, that he called me beloved."
(Emeth, The Last Battle)
Yum, although it's an acquired taste — I wasn't sure what I thought the first time I tasted it, but tried it again later and decided it was quite nice!
Lapsang Souchong tea? (has a smoky flavour)
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
