There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."
Incident
(About 10 years ago, there was a notorious controversy on the cooking competition show The Great British Bake Off when one competitor removed another's Baked Alaska from the freezer, thereby ruining it, and so she was accused of deliberately sabotaging him... I can't remember how it all panned out, but it became known as the Baked Alaska Incident )
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."

@coracle: Baked Alaska
(a sort of ice cream/pavlova dessert)
Oh yum- hubby and I ordered it for dessert at our wedding reception, decorated with a couple of lighted sparklers brought into the reception room. But when there was the rest of the reception to get through, I ended up so nervous that I couldn't eat a bite. It dances tantalizingly across my eyes. I hope to get the chance to eat it again someday, who knows when?
Cherries jubilee
Or typhoon in regards to tsunami. Not sure which word was used.
It was tsunami, so we'll go with typhoon.

@Ilovenarnia 82:Cherries jubilee
I'd love to hear what Cherries jubilee is, and how it is made; maybe the Yum & Yuck thread might be more suitable. In particular, I couldn't resist coracle's reference to Baked Alaska, for reasons stated. But which is nicest? Cherry jubilee or Baked Alaska? I'll let you be the judge!
