Clothes in warmer colors look better on some people than others.

All people of adult age, who are citizens of this country, are urged to vote in this referendum next week. 

The "Brexit" referendum in the United Kingdom, held in 2016, was very controversial.

"My kingdom for a horse!" Richard III allegedly said in 1485, according to William Shakespeare's famous drama. 

Drama was one of my favourite elective subjects at school.

Whilst a TV star was snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef, a school of clown fish like Nemo swam by.

"Reef 'n' Beef" (steak with shellfish) was a popular dish in some Aussie pubs in the 1980s.

Have you forgotten about a dish often served in Aussie pubs, called "Surf 'n Turf", where a nicely barbecued T-bone steak is topped with cooked prawns?  

Barbecued steaks and sausages and chicken and kebabs were the central feature of our family Christmas lunch when I was growing up in Australia!

(Very similar to "Reef 'n' Beef", generally — I've heard of them both, but I think the "reef" version was more common in pubs in Queensland! )

Christmas dinners these days in my local Woollies or Coles are sometimes compiled with the meat in the main meal called "Turducken", a combination of Turkey, Duck & Chicken.  

I remain unimpressed with most turkey in spite of its holiday popularity, although it does improve in my opinion if well-marinated.

I'm so unimpressed with the expense of visiting dentists, despite medical insurance, that I have been delaying necessary treatment. 

It is shameful that such delays in care should be necessary, rather than us finding a better way to care for eachother.

Some secrets are shameful and some are delightful surprises.

How delightful it would be for nations to stop being so hostile to each other.
