I'd like to think the best is yet to come but who knows what the future brings

The future may look dark, but small lights still shine brightly.

It still gets dark out early but the sunlight is returning, slowly but surely.

The athlete was disappointed to come third, but at least she received a bronze medal.

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.

A medal-winning athlete donated her gold medal to a worthy charity to support victims of a crippling disease like muscular dystrophy.

The victims of the crime should be recompensed promptly.
