I can't think of a specific one, but generally songs with really catchy tunes but terrible lyrics get on my nerves quite a bit.

Umm, well, it really depends on who you play with, but I tend to dislike complex strategy games where there are ten billion rules to keep track of. Oooh, or those where you aren't told the rules explicitly, but you learn them by making mistakes in the game and being penalized...

Killing off one of the love interests would be a main one. Or possibly having multiple love interests, but it does mainly depend on how it is done.
