I've not read all three,
But I can tell you this much:
I love his bath song!
It's SO hilarious! I know they didn't have time, but still...it should have been in the movie!

Because he's my second fave; no Frodo would mean Pip-crazy! Because he's so funny, slightly dense , and that smile!! I think he's cute, like "Aw, look at Pippin!!" cute.
