They were in a magical land.
"You know, this place seems familiar," Jen said. "It seems like I read a book that took place here."
Suddenly they all gasped, for they realized that they were in--

Tiglo-othia World!
"Oh, this was written by G. J. J. Klarience! And it's awesome ! Where are all the Piggli-wonks? And where's that wonderful Clariscope Machine?" Jen shouts.
Suddenly, a big, hairy-

"Ack!" Tom squawked and tried to buck it off. "Get it off me!"

"Help!"
Jen cried, and everyone was hauled off to a spider's tree by different spiders. Each spider had different colors of goo.

"Prepare them a feast, for it might be their last,
Because as the Spiders of Simona know,

We're close to the treasure, and we must go!"
A paticular ugly spider climbed over to them and whispered,
"Are you ready for the challenge ahead of you if you ever want to be free,
Or esle, I must tell you, you fate, I'm sure you'd rather not dare to see!"
Sam just smiled and said, "Oh, yes Smoog, I'm sure we have everything it takes!"
The spider staggered back and stared, thunderstruck.
Sam continued. "But, you must know that you will *never* get the Clariscope Machine! Never!"

Sam ran to her side, but just then the spider blocked him and flung him into a thorn bush.

It then landed in a heap on the grass covered ground. She screamed in delight as the spider magically disappeared into thin air. All the other spiders -

Jen looked around, and saw a river. Then she got an idea.

She would splash water on the spider to try to scare it away. Needless to say, it didn't work. Well, in a way it did; the spider lost interest in Tom, and started taking interest in Jen. She-
