Wasn't that months ago, when someone in the household who did get A Round Tuit, threw it out with the garbage, when there was a Council cleanup scheduled for the area?

Don't your local councils nominate dates when they will organise points for disposal & removal of electronic waste, or useless & unwanted chemicals that can't be put in the weekly garbage collection?

Wouldn't all local newspapers in the area have such public service annoucements, as a community initiative for residents who pay Council rates?

Aren't local newsagencies & radio stations there, mainly for informing residents how to look after the area, who to contact, where to find those contacts, identifying community problems & making public service announcements?
