Why do you think that library buildings contain only print materials, and exclude Internet access, DVD's, CD's and other electronic data?

Don't most people in USA have free access to public libraries funded by local municipal or shire councils, which lend out toys and games as well as music recordings, DVD's, large print books, etc?
