Slightly after summer — it won't be till September — but I'm planning a week off for a Jane Austen-themed holiday! Specifically focussed on Persuasion, my favourite of her books, visiting its two key settings — Bath and Lyme Regis — and then driving back up through Hampshire for a visit to Jane Austen's House Museum. I've been to all these places before, but not in the one trip, so I'm looking forward to that.

Have you "discovered" any new (to you) authors this year?

"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."

I prefer cold weather, because it can get quite hot where I live.

Have you ever seen a tornado?

Actually, no... though I did read several last year.

Do you have any potted plants currently?

No, big bold patterns dominate my whole look (I'm very small), but they look great on bigger people.

When did you last multi-task (more than two things)?

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.

Right now, if posting on NarniaWeb and listening to Wretched radio is multi-tasking. Smile

Do you prefer to shop online or in a store?

Normally, I prefer to shop in store, but lately, I prefer shopping online if at all possible.

What is the strangest food you have ever tried?

I once tried fried frog legs.  From what I remember, the texture was rather like a mixture between roasted chicken and pork, but the flavor was slightly different.

Have you ever tried an “extreme sport” (skydiving, spelunking, cliff jumping, bungee jumping, hang-gliding, etc.)?

"I am,” said Aslan. "But there I have another name. You must learn to know me by that name. This was the very reason why you were brought to Narnia, that by knowing me here for a little, you may know me better there.”

I don’t remember what it was called, but it was a mini documentary about a fighter pilot.
