Susan's self-imposed doubt leading her to be "no longer a friend of Narnia" in The Last Battle — a very sad turn of events, but one that's foreshadowed in this scene in Prince Caspian.

(Prince Caspian)
Edmund being the next to see Aslan
Edmund being the only one to believe Lucy the first time she sees Aslan during the journey!
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
How Susan got to be the last one to see Aslan when they crossed the river
Aslan tossing Trumpkin into the air and catching him!
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)
Aslan's Howe, & what they found there.
Nikabrik and his "friends" plotting to bring back the White Witch.
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
(Prince Caspian)

Aslan, himself, saying that if he thought he was ready it would be a sign that he wasn't.
The four signs

Jill "muffing" nearly all of the signs (but the quest succeeds in the end!).
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."
