This is a funny story that happened when we were cooking for my sister's upcoming wedding. It was a very windy and rainy day. I had just made a bunch of carrot cake batter but because there was no free pan at the time I set it on the counter for the time being. Due to the fact that there was a lot of cooking and baking going on in the kitchen it was rather hot and stuffy. My youngest sister opened the window just a bit to let some air in. After some time someone left the kitchen but forgot to close the door and thus created a draft. At that precise moment the wind decided to blow extra hard, and with the draft to help out the window suddenly blew open. As the window swung open in knocked the counter over and all the contents on the counter landed on the floor with a crash. Soon we had a mess of flour, water and vinegar on the floor, a kind of sticky dough mixture on the floor. At first we were so stunned (There were us five sisters and two of our friends in the kitchen) that we weren't sure how to react. Then for about fifteen or so minutes we put cooking aside and began cleaning up. For the next two or so hours the whole kitchen smelled like vinegar (not the most pleasant of smells). Our window pane was cracked and yes goodbye my carrot cake batter. As the vinegar was falling from the counter (with the lid off of course) it pour half it's contents into my cake batter sigh I had to make it all over again. We were careful about keeping the windows shut afterwards.
And to make matters worse while I was cooking banana bread just about half an hour after the whole incident the milk carton slipped from my fingers and I spilt milk all over the kitchen floor, this time I had to clean it myself, but at least milk doesn't stink (not half as bad as vinegar at any rate)

4. To you, it's an animal. To me, he/she is an adopted son/daughter who is short, hairy and walks on all fours. Although they doesn't speak clearly, they communicate extremely well, especially cats.
5. Dogs and cats are better than kids ...they eat less, don't ask for money all the time, are easier to train, usually come when called (this does not apply to cats), never drive your car, don't worry about having to buy the latest fashions, don't wear your clothes, and don't need a gazillion dollars for college.
