Unfortunately the photographers' equipment was damaged & it cost hundreds of dollars to repair it.

Fortunately, the warranty had not yet expired, and the camera company offered to reimburse them with more durable equipment that they had been developing for storm-chasers and the like.

Unfortunately even the new camera equipment went up in smoke in a particularly devastating fire front.

Fortunately, the photographers' companies made sure they purchased insurance for the new camera equipment.

Unfortunately, the insurance company wasn't based on Earth so it would be a long time before the claims were processed.

Fortunately, someone invented "space" wifi so that the insurance company was able to respond quickly even if the claims took a while to process.

Unfortunately the wifi allotment for that part of the world ran out, so the monthly service provider slowed the wifi so much it was virtually useless, until the bills were paid.

Fortunately, the government sent stimulus checks to the bank accounts in that part of the world.

Fortunately, the outdoors were more interesting than wifi anyway so most people went outside to their gardens.

Unfortunately, the outdoors were also infested with mosquitoes.

Fortunately, someone had remembered to buy the Aerogard (insect repellant) so the mozzies stayed away.

Unfortunately, Aerogard couldn't save them from the drop bears.

=)) =)) =))

Fortunately the drop bears were able to turn at will into gorgeously cute, cuddly -looking koala bears, worth photographing, even with el cheapo disposable cameras.

Unfortunately, el cheapo disposable cameras gave every photo a lens flare effect.
