Sebastopol, a southern suburb of Ballarat, Victoria, in Australia. Named after Sevastopol, a Crimean city, famous since the Crimean War during the reign of Queen Victoria, which involved the Ottoman Empire, Russia, UK, France and Piedmont-Sardinia.

Ely, England, a very old & historic English city with an awesome-looking cathedral, and a name which has more than a little in common with our own Parramatta, an Aboriginal name for "a place of many eels". Think about it.
