Amiens, a city in northern France

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."

Sebastopol, a southern suburb of Ballarat, Victoria, in Australia. Named after Sevastopol, a Crimean city, famous since the Crimean War during the reign of Queen Victoria, which involved the Ottoman Empire, Russia, UK, France and Piedmont-Sardinia.

Louisiana, an American state east of Texas

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.

Alabama, another American state, west of Florida, which, like Louisiana, appears in a song I used to sing:

I come from Alabama with my banjo on my knee. I'm off to Louisiana for my true love there to see. Oh Susanna, Don't you cry for me. etc.

Ely, England, a very old & historic English city with an awesome-looking cathedral, and a name which has more than a little in common with our own Parramatta, an Aboriginal name for "a place of many eels". Think about it. Wink
