[Georgie Henley came from one of those towns, and I once visited cousins who lived in Ilkley. We went up on the Moor, and I did wear a hat! (EDIT: she came from Ilkley)

No, I haven't, although I have heard it sung to yet another tune — not the same as "On Ilkley Moor", but similar in that it has several vocal parts going at once — in Cornwall!!

Altrincham, the next town to where I live in Cheshire on the Greater Manchester fringe.
(Pronounced OL-tring-h'm, more or less. It used to be spelled "Altringham", which would make somewhat more sense, but one of the few rules of English place name pronunciations is that they're not obliged to make sense.
