Malvern*, a town and district in the Malvern Hills of Worcestershire, England. (C.S. Lewis went to a posh school there — Malvern College — and utterly hated it.)
* Also the name of a well-off suburb of Melbourne, Australia — the colonial Brits not being very original with their naming choices.
