Exmoor, a wild area of southwest England.

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."

Rotorua, a city in New Zealand famous for its thermal springs and geysers.

"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "And now all Narnia will be renewed."

Exmouth Gulf, Western Australia.  Just past the furthest point to where Abel Tasman explored the coast of the country, that he called New Holland in 1646 CE. His VOC superiors were disappointed by his accounts of a barren landscape and primitive natives, banishing all prospects of trade and settlement, for more than a century.

New Zealand, which was also given that name by Abel Tasman in 1644, though I am aware that it has another name, Aotearoa, the Land of the Long White Cloud. I was reading that the main reason that Abel Tasman found it was because he was blown there by the Roaring Forties when he rounded the most southerly point of now Tasmania.
