Arrowtown, a former gold mining town in southern NZ, famous for autumn and spring beauty and its old cottages. Tourists love it. Its in an area with some LOTR movie locations.

Springfield, a small town inland of my city, the last stop for refreshments and petrol before the mountains as seen in some background features on LWW DVD. (It won a competition run by the makers of The Simpsons, for towns of this name all over the world)
